Call for Abstract

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please read this information carefully before proceeding to the online abstract submission. Only abstracts that meet these guidelines can be accepted for the meeting.

Submission deadline: Wednesday, July 31st 2024, 23:59 CET

the Scientific Committee will award the best research with a University La Sapienza Scholarship At the end of the meeting.



  • The official meeting language will be English. Abstracts must be submitted in English.

  • The abstract cannot contain more than 3350 characters (including blank spaces and punctuation) divided as below.

  • The abstract must be entered in the online form of the abstract tool with the following structure:

    • Title (200 characters)

    • Objectives and Study (400 characters)

    • Methods (800 characters)

    • Results (800 characters)

    • Conclusion (800 characters)

    • Authors affiliations (350 characters)


  • One table or one figure (jpg or png) can be included. The table has the following restrictions: Max. number of columns: 10. Max. number of rows: 10. The table / figure will not reduce the number of available characters.

  • Conflict of interest disclosure. If the research or one of the co-authors has a conflict of interest (paid work, presentation by industry employee, industry sponsored presentation, grants received from industry related to the presentation), this must be clearly stated. Please indicate the disclosure of interest for each co-author of your abstract during the abstract online submission.

  • Abstracts must contain data and meet international ethical standards.

  • Abbreviations should be defined.

  • Trade names cannot be mentioned in the title. However, trade names in brackets will be accepted in the body of the text.

  • Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections are possible after the submission deadline. The abstract text as well as the abstract title and the list of authors will be reproduced exactly as submitted. No proof reading will be done.



Abstracts can only be submitted online.
